What it does
Fixed prices work well for most products, but some items sell better when buyers can bid on them. Rare pieces, one-off goods and collectibles are good examples. This plugin brings an eBay-style auction model into WooCommerce, so you can run auctions from the same store where you sell everything else. Each auction can have its own start price, reserve price and optional buy now price, and you choose standard auctions where the highest bid wins or reverse auctions where the lowest bid wins.
Beyond the basic bidding, the plugin gives you controls over who bids and how. You can require registration or login before bidding, ask users to confirm each bid, and charge an optional participation fee. Secret auctions hide bid amounts from participants. Buyers can follow auctions through a watchlist and get email alerts, and a countdown timer in one of four layouts shows when each auction ends. Stores running YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor can let vendors run their own auctions.

Start, reserve and buy now prices
Set an opening price, a minimum acceptable reserve and an optional buy now price so shoppers can purchase instantly instead of waiting for the auction to end.
Manual and automatic bidding
Bidders can place each bid themselves or set a maximum amount and let the system bid automatically on their behalf up to that limit.
Reverse and secret auctions
Run reverse auctions where the lowest bid wins, or secret auctions that hide bid amounts from participants, alongside standard highest-bid auctions.
