What it does
Adding a card payment option to a WooCommerce shop usually means wiring your store to a processor and deciding how much of the checkout happens on your own pages. This plugin handles that connection for Authorize.net. It requires WooCommerce, and once configured it adds Authorize.net as a payment method that shoppers can choose at checkout, accepting both credit cards and eChecks. It is aimed at shops in the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia.
You pick between two transaction modes. Redirect mode sends customers to Authorize.net to complete payment, while API mode processes the payment directly on your store. Returning customers can save their payment details for later orders, and you can issue refunds to a customer's card with one click from the WooCommerce dashboard. Orders are sent to Authorize.net as itemized requests, and the checkout labels, descriptions and card logos can be adjusted to suit your store's look.
