Rewarding customers by hand is slow, and it is easy to forget the shopper whose birthday is today or who has not ordered in months. YITH Coupon Email System Premium handles this for registered users on a WooCommerce store. You choose the triggers, such as a new registration, a birthday, a spending threshold, a purchase of a particular product or a set number of days without an order. When a trigger fires, the plugin creates a coupon and emails it to that customer.
The emails use one of four templates, so you can pick a look that suits your store. Messages can be sent through Mandrill if you prefer that delivery service. Customers can choose to accept or reject an offered coupon on the checkout page. The plugin lists compatibility with themes such as Avada, Divi, Flatsome and Storefront, and it works with translation tools including WPML, Weglot and Loco Translate for stores that serve more than one language.
