What it does
Default WooCommerce statuses such as Processing and Completed often skip the real steps an order goes through. If you print, assemble or hand off orders for delivery, customers see little about where their purchase stands. This plugin lets you add as many custom statuses as you need, with labels like Printing, Assembling or Out for Delivery, so the order page reflects how your shop actually works. It requires WooCommerce.
Each status can carry its own icon and color, which makes orders easier to scan in the admin. You can define the next status in a sequence, decide whether customers can cancel or pay at a given stage, and send a custom email when the status changes. Filter presets can be placed on pages with widgets, shortcodes, Gutenberg blocks or Elementor. Everything is set up in an admin panel without code.
