What it does
Shoppers often have the same questions about products, shipping, payment methods and returns. Answering them one by one through email or chat takes time, and some visitors leave before asking. This plugin gives you a structured place to publish those answers. You can build a general FAQ page for the whole store and also attach specific FAQ blocks to individual product pages, so people see relevant answers right where they are deciding. It requires WooCommerce, and it adds an FAQ tab to product pages.
Entries are created with Gutenberg blocks or shortcodes, and each answer can include text, images, buttons and icons. You can group questions into categories with AJAX filters, add a keyword search bar and show a table of contents that links to each question on long pages.
