What it does
Most WooCommerce product pages lean on static photos, which can fall short for products that move, make sound or need a demonstration. This plugin lets you set a video from YouTube, Vimeo or your own uploads as the featured content in the product gallery. Audio works too, with support for SoundCloud tracks and audio playlists, which suits music, audiobooks and other audio-based products. It requires WooCommerce, since it builds on the standard product page and gallery.
You decide how media behaves and looks. Videos can autoplay, loop or allow pausing, and the control bar colors can be styled to match your site. Media can open in a modal popup, or appear in a slider within the product sidebar. For variable products, each variation can carry its own video or audio file. The plugin is also compatible with WPML, so stores that run in more than one language can translate its elements.
