What it does
When a customer places an order and hears nothing about shipping, the next step is often an email or call asking where the package is. This plugin gives you a place to record tracking details on every order in the WooCommerce dashboard. You can add, edit or import the carrier name, tracking number and tracking URL. For more than 480 shipping carriers around the world, the tracking link is generated automatically, so you only need to pick the carrier and enter the number.
Once the data is saved, it shows up where customers look for it. The order list in their account includes tooltips with tracking info, and the detailed order page shows the full details. Tracking can also be included in order confirmation and shipment emails, with content you can customize. A shortcode lets you build a tracking page where shoppers enter their email and order ID. If you use YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, tracking data can be printed on packing slips as well.

Does this plugin work without WooCommerce?
No. It is built for WooCommerce and requires it. Tracking details are added to WooCommerce orders and appear in WooCommerce customer accounts and order emails, so a WooCommerce store is needed for it to function.
Will my shipping carrier be supported?
The plugin supports more than 480 shipping carriers worldwide for automatic tracking link generation. With a supported carrier, you enter the tracking number and the link is built for you. You can also enter tracking URLs directly when adding data to an order.
Can guests check their order status without logging in?
Yes. You can create an order tracking page with a shortcode. Customers visit that page, enter their email address and order ID, and see the shipment details for their order without needing to open their account.
Can I add tracking numbers in bulk?
The plugin lets you import tracking information as well as add or edit it on individual orders. Imported data covers carrier names, tracking numbers and tracking URLs, which saves time compared with entering each order by hand.
