What it does
Pending orders leave store owners guessing. A customer got partway through checkout and stopped, and you rarely learn the reason. This plugin contacts those customers automatically with a survey email, asking what got in the way. You can build more than one survey, set the time intervals for follow-up emails, and add a coupon code or a retry payment link so the customer has an easy route back to completing the order.
On the admin side, you get lists of pending and recovered orders, statistics on how your recovery campaigns perform, and per-question analytics for survey responses. All answers can be exported as CSV for work in a spreadsheet or another tool. The plugin requires WooCommerce, works with WPML for multilingual stores, is built with GDPR in mind, and is stated to be compatible with themes such as Avada, Divi, Flatsome and Proteo.

No. The plugin is built for WooCommerce and requires it. It works with WooCommerce pending orders, sending survey emails to the customers behind them and tracking which orders get recovered.
