What it does
Running a WooCommerce store means your data piles up fast, and pulling it out for an accountant, a marketing list or a stock check can take more time than it should. This plugin gives store owners and administrators a direct way to export orders, customers and products from the WordPress dashboard. It requires WooCommerce, since it works with the data your store already holds, and it aims to keep the exported records accurate and consistent with what you see in WooCommerce.
The workflow is simple. You choose the type of data, narrow it down with filters such as start and end dates, and export it in the format you need, with CSV files as a readable default. Multiple formats help when the data is headed into other software. If you need the same export on a regular basis, scheduled exports can run it automatically, which also works as a routine backup of store data. It is built to handle large data sets, so higher-volume stores can use it too.
Best for
- WooCommerce store owners who prepare regular sales reports
- Store administrators sending data to accountants
- High-volume shops needing scheduled data backups
