What it does
Wholesale buyers and resellers often know exactly what they want, yet a standard WooCommerce store makes them open product page after product page to build a large order. This plugin gives them a single page instead. You create an order form that lists a chosen set of products, and the customer adds several items to the cart directly from that form without leaving it. A built-in search helps them find a specific product quickly.
You decide which products each form shows, selecting them by name, category or tag. Forms can be limited to certain user roles or to individual users, so different customer groups can each see an order form suited to them. You also choose which product details appear, such as SKU, image and price. Several forms can run at once for different customer segments or product lines. The plugin works with Elementor and with translation tools like WPML and Loco Translate.
Best for
- WooCommerce stores selling to wholesale buyers
- B2B shops with resellers who place large orders
- Stores whose customers repeatedly buy the same products
Features
Custom quick order forms
Build product selection forms that group items logically, so retailers can place bulk orders from one page instead of browsing individual product pages.
Products by name, category or tag
Pick the products a form displays by name, category or tag, so customers see only the options that are relevant to them.
Role and user restrictions
Limit who can see each form to selected user roles or specific individual users, giving different retailers a personalized ordering page.
Add to cart from the form
Customers can add multiple products to their cart straight from the order form without navigating away, which shortens the time spent on large orders.
Search inside the form
A built-in product search lets buyers find the exact item they need within the form instead of scrolling through a long list.
Choose product details
Decide which details appear for each product in the form, including SKU, image and price, to match how your buyers prefer to order.
Multiple forms at once
Set up and manage several order forms side by side to serve different customer segments or separate product lines.
Translation ready
Works with WPML and Loco Translate, ships with Italian and Spanish translations, and has community translations in Turkish and Dutch.
Questions about YITH Quick Order Forms
Does this plugin need WooCommerce?
Yes. It is a WooCommerce extension, so your site needs WooCommerce running. The order forms pull products from your WooCommerce catalog and send the selected items to the standard WooCommerce cart.
Can I show a form only to wholesale customers?
Yes. Each form can be restricted to selected user roles or to specific individual users. That lets you give wholesale customers or particular resellers their own order form while regular shoppers never see it.
Can I control which products appear in each form?
You can. Products are selected by name, category or tag, and you can choose which details are displayed, such as SKU, image and price. With multiple forms, each customer group or product line can get its own selection.
Will it work with Elementor and a multilingual site?
It is compatible with major page builders like Elementor and with multilanguage plugins such as WPML and Loco Translate. It also includes Italian and Spanish translations, plus community translations in Turkish and Dutch.
Is YITH Quick Order Forms free?
