What it does
Many shoppers buy a product and never come back to say what they thought of it. This plugin gives them a reason to write a review by attaching a discount to the act. Once a review is posted or approved, the customer receives a coupon by email. You decide whether every review earns a reward, or only reviews on certain products or categories, and you can require a minimum number of reviews before a coupon is issued.
It runs on top of WooCommerce and uses WooCommerce coupons. You set the coupon type (percentage or fixed), the value, how long it stays valid and any usage restrictions. Automated, customizable emails remind customers to leave reviews, and you can route those messages through your own Mandrill account. Expired or used coupons can be removed automatically. The plugin is translation-ready with support for WPML, Weglot and Loco Translate, and it is designed with GDPR considerations in mind.
