What it does
Most shoppers never return to leave a review on their own, even when they are happy with what they bought. This plugin handles the follow-up for you. After an order, it schedules an email for a set number of days later, so the request arrives once the customer has had time to use the product. You can ask about every item in the order or limit requests to specific products or categories that matter most to you.
The plugin works inside your existing WooCommerce store, so it requires WooCommerce. Emails can be built from three customizable templates, include product images and carry your own wording, and you can send test messages before anything goes live. A Schedule List lets you view or delete queued reminders, and consent requests plus a block list respect customers who opt out. It also connects with Mandrill through MailChimp, YITH Review for Discount and Google Analytics campaign tracking.
