What it does
By default, WooCommerce links to your terms page, and shoppers who click it may end up away from checkout. This plugin puts the terms and conditions, and optionally your privacy policy, inside a popup that opens over the checkout page. The customer reads the text, clicks an I Agree button and carries on with the order. It requires WooCommerce and works within its standard checkout flow.
You decide how the popup looks and behaves. Set its size, style it to match your store and pick an entrance animation. You can require customers to scroll through the full document before they can accept, show separate or combined checkboxes for terms and privacy policy, pre-check those boxes and choose where they appear on the checkout page. The plugin lists compatibility with themes such as Avada, Divi, Flatsome and Storefront, plus translation through WPML and Loco Translate.
