What it does
Stores that sell personalized T-shirts, printed goods or other made-to-order items usually need something from the customer before work can begin. Collecting those files by email often leads to mix-ups, lost attachments and slower fulfillment. This plugin moves the whole exchange into the WooCommerce order workflow, so customers send images, graphics, documents or PDFs while they shop, and each file stays tied to the order it belongs to.
You choose where uploads happen: on specific products, the cart, checkout or the thank you page. Uploaded files appear on the order page in your dashboard, where you can accept or reject them and ask for a new upload if something is wrong. Email notifications tell customers the outcome, and notes let both sides add instructions. It requires WooCommerce and works with WPML, Loco Translate and Elementor.

Can customers upload a different file for each item they buy?
Yes. The plugin can split items of the same product in the cart, so a customer ordering several units can upload a separate file for each one. Files can also be attached to a specific product or to the whole order.
What happens if a customer uploads the wrong file?
You can reject the file from the order page and request a new upload. The customer gets an email notification about the rejection, and you can add a note explaining what you need instead.
Which file types can customers send?
The plugin supports images, PDFs, documents and graphics. That covers common needs such as print artwork, reference photos and signed forms for made-to-order products.
