What it does
Tracking stock and orders by hand invites typing mistakes, especially across a large catalog. This plugin gives each product and order its own barcode or QR code, so staff can scan instead of typing. It requires WooCommerce and works inside your existing store setup. Codes can be generated automatically, assigned manually to items that lack one, or created in bulk across the whole catalog in a single click.
Once codes exist, you can put them to work in several places. They can appear on product pages and in order confirmation emails, and shortcodes let you build pages where scanning a code looks up a product or updates an order status. Scanning can also raise or lower inventory counts. For physical labeling, you can produce printable PDF lists of barcodes, and the plugin can connect with Point of Sale systems for in-person sales.
