What it does
Plenty of shoppers add items to a cart and then leave before paying. This plugin watches for those carts and contacts the shopper with a reminder email. You decide how long a cart sits before it counts as abandoned, and you set when each follow-up email goes out, anywhere from hours to days later. It works for registered customers and for guest shoppers who have started checkout, so you can reach people who never created an account.
Each campaign can use a pre-built email template or your own message, and you can create as many campaigns as you need. Emails can carry discount coupons, and you can build progressive discounts or urgency-based messages across a sequence. The plugin can also remind customers about placed orders that remain unpaid. It requires WooCommerce, and it adds an optional consent checkbox for guest users to help with GDPR, plus reports on open rates, clicks and recovered sales.
