What it does
Many small businesses and freelancers only need one well-organized page to explain who they are, show their work and let people get in touch. This theme is built around that idea. Visitors scroll through your content in order, with smooth scrolling between sections, so there is no menu of separate pages to dig through. A portfolio post type lets you add projects as their own entries, which suits designers, photographers and agencies who want to present past work in a structured way.
The layout is assembled from more than nine premade sections, including About, Services, Portfolio and Contact, plus simple sliders for visual content. A shortcode generator helps you add elements without writing code, and an XML demo content file lets you start from a working example and swap in your own text and images. A child theme is included for safe customization. For multilingual sites, the theme works with WPML and Polylang, ships with a .POT file and supports Loco Translate. Contact forms are handled through Contact Form 7.
Best for
- Freelancers and creatives presenting a portfolio on one page
- Small businesses needing a simple services and contact site
- Creative agencies wanting a colorful single page presence

Questions about Blanka
Can I show my design or photography projects with this theme?
Yes. Blanka includes a portfolio post type, so each project can be added as its own entry, and there is a premade Portfolio section to display that work on the main scrolling page alongside your other content.
Can I build a site in more than one language?
The theme is compatible with WPML and Polylang for multilingual websites. It also includes a .POT file and supports Loco Translate, so you can translate the theme's own text strings into the language you need.
Do I need to know how to code to customize the layout?
No coding is required for the main work. You build the page from premade sections, add elements with the shortcode generator and can start from the XML demo content. A child theme is included if you or a developer want to make deeper changes safely.
How do visitors contact me through the site?
The theme includes a premade Contact section and is compatible with Contact Form 7, so you can create a form with that plugin and place it on your page for visitors to send you messages.
