You pick the demo closest to your niche, import it in one click, and then replace the sample content with your own. From there you can adjust the layout, switching between boxed and wide styles to suit an editorial, magazine or blog format.
Page building runs through WPBakery Page Builder, which is one of five plugins bundled with the theme, alongside Fast Media Gallery.
