What it does
A property website needs more than a few pages of text. Visitors want to search by location, price and property type, look through photo galleries, see where a place sits on a map and contact an agent without hunting for a phone number. This theme brings those pieces together in one design, so agents and agencies can present their inventory clearly and keep listings current from the WordPress dashboard.
The theme works with Elementor, and a demo import gives you ready-made content to start from and adjust. From there you can change colors, fonts, header styles and layouts in the theme customizer without writing code, and pick from several listing layouts and grids to match your brand. It also supports multilingual sites through WPML and right-to-left languages, which helps agencies serving buyers and renters who read in different languages.
Best for
- Independent real estate agents building a personal site
- Agencies listing homes, rentals and commercial spaces
- Property listing sites serving multilingual or RTL audiences

Questions about Realexa
Does this theme work with Elementor?
Yes. The theme requires Elementor, so you will need that page builder on your site. It works alongside the theme customizer, where you can adjust colors, fonts, header styles and layouts without coding.
Can visitors search properties by price or location?
Yes. The property search includes filters for location, price, property type and amenities. Visitors can combine these criteria to narrow the listings down to the properties that fit their needs.
Can I show property locations on a map?
The theme includes Google Maps support, so each property can display its location. This helps buyers and renters judge how near a listing is to schools, transport and other amenities.
Will it work for a site in more than one language?
It is compatible with WPML for building multilingual websites, and it also supports right-to-left languages. That makes it a reasonable fit for agencies whose clients read in different languages.
Is Realexa free?
The code of Realexa is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Realexa is this?
Version 4.0, released Feb 11, 2025. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Realexa?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Realexa automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
