What it does
Running an online course site means juggling course pages, instructor profiles, quizzes and payments, and a general-purpose theme often leaves those pages looking unfinished. This theme is styled around Tutor LMS, so course listings, lessons and instructor profiles get a design that matches the rest of your site. The course builder uses drag and drop, and the setup supports multiple payment gateways and interactive quizzes for learners.
The theme also fits sites that go beyond courses. It supports WP CrowdFunding for running fundraising campaigns, and it works well for professional blogs. Demo layouts for education, crowdfunding and blog sites give you a starting point, and built-in typography and styling options let you adjust fonts, colors and layouts to match your brand. The responsive design adapts pages to phones, tablets and desktops.

Questions about Skillate
Does this theme work with Tutor LMS?
Yes. The theme is built with Tutor LMS compatibility and includes styling for course pages and instructor profiles, so you can create, manage and sell courses through that plugin while keeping a consistent look across the site.
Can I use Skillate for something other than an online course site?
Yes. Along with education sites, it supports WP CrowdFunding for fundraising campaigns and works for professional blogs. Demo layouts are included for education, crowdfunding and blog sites, so you can start from whichever fits your project.
Will my course site look right on phones?
The theme uses a responsive design that adapts layouts to different screen sizes, including phones and tablets. Mobile views of pages such as instructor profiles are part of that responsive layout.
How much can I change the design?
Built-in typography and styling controls let you adjust fonts, colors and layouts. You can also customize how category collections appear, with interactive tags and styled buttons for browsing content by topic.
Is Skillate free?
The code of Skillate is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Skillate is this?
Version 1.3.2. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Skillate?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Skillate automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
