What it does
Service businesses that take bookings online often need a way to collect payment at the moment a client reserves a slot. If your clients live in different countries, that gets harder, because people expect to pay in their own currency and language with a card they already use. This addon handles that by plugging 2Checkout into your existing BookingPress setup, so the booking step and the payment step happen together for the client.
Once connected, 2Checkout takes care of the payment side. It accepts payments from more than 200 countries and territories, supports over 40 payment methods, works with more than 100 billing currencies and over 30 languages, and converts currencies automatically. Payments are routed through 2Checkout's own system, and card data is handled under its PCI compliant security. It suits salons, clinics, consultancies and other appointment-based businesses that want to take international payments through BookingPress.
Best for
- Salons and spas taking paid appointments
- Clinics and consultancies with international clients
- BookingPress sites that need multi-currency payments
