What it does
If you take appointments through BookingPress, billing can turn into a separate chore: copying booking details into a document, formatting it and emailing it to each client. This addon handles that step inside your booking system. When a client books, an invoice is generated from the booking and payment details, so you no longer build each one by hand. It suits consultancies, service providers and any business where appointments drive the work.
You design the invoice layout with a rich text editor and place dynamic tags where booking and payment details should appear. The addon is turned on from the Addons area of BookingPress, and invoice settings live under the BookingPress settings in an Invoice section. From there you can edit the template and keep invoice handling in one place. Invoices are attached automatically to booking confirmation emails, so clients receive their billing details right away.
