What it does
Service businesses that take bookings online often have staff who live in Outlook. When the booking system and the calendar are separate, people have to copy appointments by hand, and time slots can get booked twice. This addon connects the two. When a customer books or changes an appointment through BookingPress, the details appear on the assigned staff member's Outlook calendar, including the event title, description and location you configure.
Each staff member's assigned services sync to their own Outlook calendar, and booked time slots are marked as busy so availability stays accurate. Cancellations, rescheduling and deletions are handled inside BookingPress, which keeps it as the single source of truth for your schedule data.
