What it does
Many service businesses see the same clients again and again: a weekly haircut, a fitness class twice a month, a regular therapy session. Booking each visit one at a time is tedious for clients and creates extra work for staff. This addon adds recurring bookings to BookingPress, so a client can pick a start date, a time slot, a frequency and the total number of sessions, then reserve all of them at once. If a chosen slot is already taken, the addon suggests other available times.
On the admin side, you get a backend view for checking, managing and updating every recurring appointment across your services. Recurring booking can be turned on for any or all of the services you offer, and clients can pay for the full series in one transaction. A summary page gathers the details of each recurring booking in one place for both clients and administrators. Clients can also change the dates and time slots of future sessions later, which keeps rescheduling in their hands.
Best for
- Salons and beauty studios with regular returning clients
- Fitness instructors running weekly or monthly classes
- Therapists and counselors booking ongoing sessions
