Popular appointment times fill up fast, and when a slot is taken, most visitors simply leave. A waiting list gives them another option. Customers who find their preferred time fully booked can add themselves to the list and wait for a cancellation or a rescheduled appointment. Instead of turning people away, your schedule keeps a line of interested clients ready to step in when something changes.
The addon watches for canceled or moved appointments. When a slot opens, waitlisted customers get an automatic email, and the first person to confirm gets the booking. That first-come, first-served approach keeps things fair and cuts out the manual follow-up calls and messages staff would otherwise handle.
