What it does
Running online sessions through a booking system usually means a manual step after every booking: open Zoom, create a meeting, copy the link and email it to the client. That gets tedious quickly and leaves room for mistakes, like sending the wrong link or forgetting one entirely. This addon removes that step by generating a unique Zoom meeting automatically for each confirmed appointment, so the booking and the video call are set up together from inside your WordPress dashboard.
It works as an extension to BookingPress, so you need that plugin in place first. Once your Zoom account is connected, email notifications carry the meeting details to both customers and service providers. Clients book a slot, receive their Zoom invite and join at the scheduled time without extra steps. It suits many kinds of virtual services, including yoga classes, cooking workshops, coaching sessions, consultations and business meetings, and it relies on Zoom's own security features for the calls themselves.
Best for
- Coaches and consultants who meet clients over Zoom
- Fitness and yoga studios running online classes
- Teachers and workshop hosts using BookingPress
Features
Automatic Zoom meeting creation
Each confirmed booking gets its own unique Zoom meeting link, generated automatically so you no longer create meetings by hand for every appointment.
Works inside BookingPress
The addon plugs into the BookingPress appointment booking plugin, so you set up and manage Zoom appointments from your WordPress dashboard.
Meeting details by email
Email notifications send the Zoom meeting details to both the customer and the service provider, so everyone has the link before the session starts.
Simple client experience
Clients book an appointment, receive their Zoom invite and join the meeting directly, with no additional steps added to the booking process.
Fits many service types
Use it for online yoga classes, cooking sessions, coaching, consultations or business meetings, letting you offer your services to people wherever they are.
Zoom security for sessions
Meetings run on Zoom, so your online sessions use the security features that Zoom itself provides for its video calls.

Questions about BookingPress Zoom
Do I need BookingPress for this addon to work?
Yes. BookingPress Zoom is an extension for the BookingPress appointment booking plugin, so BookingPress must be on your WordPress site. The addon then connects those bookings to your Zoom account and handles meeting creation for confirmed appointments.
Will I have to create Zoom meetings manually for each booking?
No. When a booking is confirmed, the addon automatically generates a unique Zoom meeting link for that appointment. This saves you from opening Zoom and setting up each call yourself, and it reduces the chance of sending the wrong link.
How do my clients get the Zoom link?
The addon sends the Zoom meeting details through email notifications to both the customer and the service provider. Clients can then join the meeting directly from the information they receive, without any extra steps after booking.
What kinds of services can I run with it?
It suits a wide range of online services, such as yoga classes, cooking workshops, coaching sessions, consultations and corporate or business meetings. Any appointment you take through BookingPress and want to hold over Zoom is a good fit.
Is BookingPress Zoom free?
The code of BookingPress Zoom is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of BookingPress Zoom is this?
Version 2.2, released Aug 20, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update BookingPress Zoom?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of BookingPress Zoom automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
