Corporate Accounts
MemberPress Corporate Accounts by Caseproof is an add-on plugin for MemberPress that adds group and team memberships. A single account holder pays for the membership and manages sub-accounts for their employees, students or members, so you can sell access to whole organizations instead of one person at a time.

What it does
Selling memberships one by one works fine for individuals, but it gets clumsy when a company, school or organization wants access for a whole team. Each person would need to sign up and pay separately, and the organization has no single place to keep track. This add-on solves that by letting one corporate account holder purchase access for a group and then hand out sub-accounts to the people who need them.
It works inside your existing MemberPress setup, so your membership rules and content protection stay the same for group members. The account holder can add and remove members from a central dashboard, while billing stays consolidated under their account. Sub-account invite links take new members to a registration form, and the corporate option applies to membership products. It also works with the MemberPress shopping cart, which suits sites that sell several products.
Best for
- MemberPress sites selling team access to businesses
- Online course sites serving schools and training departments
- Associations offering memberships to organizations and their staff
Features
A single corporate account holder pays for the membership and manages a set of sub-accounts for their team, employees or group members.
Account holders can add, remove and manage their group's members from one dashboard, without contacting the site owner for each change.
Companies are billed in one place for all of their members, which keeps invoicing simple for organizations with their own accounting needs.
Sub-account invite links show a registration form, so invited team members can sign up and join the group account directly.
Group members fall under your existing MemberPress membership rules and content protection, keeping access consistent across individual and corporate customers.
Corporate Accounts works with the MemberPress shopping cart, so group memberships can be purchased alongside other products on your site.
Customizable automated emails keep corporate clients and their members informed about renewals, expirations and other membership updates.
Corporate managers can view member activity and subscription statuses to see how their team is using the membership.

Questions about Corporate Accounts
Do I need MemberPress to use this plugin?
Yes. Corporate Accounts is an add-on for MemberPress and works with your existing MemberPress setup. Group members follow the same membership rules and content protection you already have in place for individual members.
How do team members join a corporate account?
The corporate account holder can add members from their dashboard or share sub-account invite links. Those links show a registration form, so each invited person can create their account and gain access under the group membership.
Who pays for the sub-accounts?
The corporate account holder pays for the group. Billing is consolidated under their account, so a company or institution handles one bill for all of its members instead of each person paying separately.
Can corporate memberships be bought through the shopping cart?
Yes. The plugin includes compatibility with the MemberPress shopping cart. The corporate account option is limited to membership products, so it applies to the subscriptions you sell for group access.
Is Corporate Accounts free?
The code of Corporate Accounts is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Corporate Accounts is this?
Version 1.6.0, released Sep 7, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Corporate Accounts?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Corporate Accounts automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
