What it does
Elementor covers the basics well, but many sites need elements it does not include out of the box, such as filterable galleries, timelines, product comparisons or countdown timers. This plugin fills those gaps with more than 85 widgets and 15 extensions that work inside the Elementor editor. It requires Elementor, and every element is configured visually, so you can build portfolios, blogs and online stores by dragging widgets onto the page and adjusting their settings.
The widgets are grouped around content, creative, marketing, social, dynamic and WooCommerce uses. You can turn on only the widgets you plan to use and leave the rest disabled, which keeps the plugin's footprint on your site small. The extensions add effects like parallax motion, particles, wrapper links and conditional display. The plugin also works with WPML for multilingual sites and comes with documentation and access to Templately Pro templates for a quicker start.
