What it does
Copying form entries into an email platform by hand is slow, and it is easy to miss a contact or put data in the wrong field. This add-on handles that step for you. When a visitor submits one of your forms, their information goes straight to ActiveCampaign as the form is sent, so your lists stay current without exports or spreadsheets. It runs on top of the Everest Forms plugin, which must be on your site.
Setup happens inside the Everest Forms interface. You connect your ActiveCampaign account, pick the lists a form should feed, and map each form field to a matching ActiveCampaign field. A single form can add contacts to several lists at once, and different forms can point to different lists, which helps if you run separate campaigns or product lines. New contacts can also trigger your ActiveCampaign automations, such as follow-up emails, tagging and segmentation.
Best for
- WordPress sites already building forms with Everest Forms
- Marketers running email campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign
- Agencies managing lead capture for several client campaigns

Questions about Everest Forms Active Campaign
Do I need Everest Forms for this to work?
Yes. This is an add-on for the Everest Forms plugin, so Everest Forms needs to be on your WordPress site. You also need an ActiveCampaign account to connect to, since that is where your form submissions are sent.
Can one form add contacts to more than one ActiveCampaign list?
Yes. The plugin supports adding a contact to multiple ActiveCampaign lists at the same time from a single submission. You can also connect different forms to different lists if you run separate campaigns.
Will my custom form fields show up correctly in ActiveCampaign?
You map each Everest Forms field to a corresponding ActiveCampaign field during setup. That way each answer is stored in the field you picked, which keeps your contact data organized and useful for segmentation.
Can a form submission start an ActiveCampaign automation?
Yes. Submissions can trigger your ActiveCampaign automations, so you can send follow-up emails, apply tags or segment contacts based on the information people entered in the form.
Is Everest Forms Active Campaign free?

Version 1.0.4, released Mar 7, 2024. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
