What it does
Collecting sign-ups through a form and then copying them into an email platform by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This add-on removes that step. It works with the Everest Forms plugin, which must already be on your site, and passes each new submission to Campaign Monitor as it comes in. Your lists stay current without exports, spreadsheets or manual entry, so new contacts are ready for your next campaign.
Setup happens inside the Everest Forms interface and needs no code. You connect a form to one or more Campaign Monitor lists, then match form fields such as name or email to the matching Campaign Monitor fields. Conditional logic lets you add people only when certain conditions are met, for example when a visitor ticks an opt-in box or picks a specific interest. That makes it a practical fit for newsletters, lead capture forms and segmented mailing lists.
Best for
- WordPress sites already building forms with Everest Forms

- Agencies setting up lead capture for Campaign Monitor clients

Questions about Everest Forms Campaign Monitor
Do I need Everest Forms for this to work?
Yes. This is an add-on for the Everest Forms plugin, so Everest Forms needs to be on your WordPress site. The add-on extends your existing forms with a connection to Campaign Monitor rather than providing a form builder of its own.
Can one form send subscribers to more than one list?
Yes. A single form can be connected to multiple Campaign Monitor lists. That is useful when you want to sort subscribers by interest or campaign, or keep separate lists for different newsletters while using just one sign-up form.
Can I control which submissions become subscribers?
You can. The add-on works with conditional logic, so you can set rules that add a person to your list only when certain criteria are met, such as selecting an opt-in checkbox or choosing a particular option on the form.
Will extra form fields carry over to Campaign Monitor?
Through field mapping, you match your Everest Forms fields to the corresponding Campaign Monitor subscriber fields. Details like names or other answers can then be stored with each subscriber and used for more targeted campaigns.
Is Everest Forms Campaign Monitor free?
The code of Everest Forms Campaign Monitor is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Everest Forms Campaign Monitor is this?
Version 1.0.2, released May 23, 2024. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Everest Forms Campaign Monitor?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Everest Forms Campaign Monitor automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
What does Everest Forms Campaign Monitor need?
Everest Forms Campaign Monitor needs Everest Forms installed and active.
