What’s new in Everest Forms Save and Continue 1.1.4
- FixedEnforce honeypot, reCAPTCHA, and Akismet checks on Save and Continue submission.
What it does
Long forms ask a lot of people. A job application, a detailed survey or a registration form can take time, and visitors sometimes need to stop and look up information before they can answer. Without a way to pause, they either rush through or leave and lose what they typed. This add-on gives them a save option, so partial entries are kept and nothing has to be filled in twice.
When a visitor saves a partly completed form, the plugin creates a personalized link that brings them back to their saved inputs. They can return in a later session and pick up where they stopped. It works with Everest Forms, which needs to be on your site, and it runs spam checks such as honeypot, reCAPTCHA and Akismet on saved submissions as well.
Best for
- Sites running long surveys or questionnaires
- Businesses accepting job applications online
- Schools and organizations with detailed registration forms
Features
Visitors can save their form progress at any point, so the information they have already entered is kept during longer form sessions.
Each visitor who saves a form gets a personalized link that takes them back to their stored answers so they can continue.
The add-on is made specifically for Everest Forms and adds the save and continue option to forms you create with it.
People can finish a form at their own pace across several visits instead of completing everything in one sitting.
Useful for surveys, job applications, registration forms and multi-step forms that take extra time or require details visitors may need to gather.
Saved progress is kept so visitors can return to their inputs later without starting the form over from the beginning.
Honeypot, reCAPTCHA and Akismet checks are applied to save and continue submissions, matching the protection on regular form entries.

Questions about Everest Forms Save and Continue
Do I need Everest Forms to use this?
Yes. Everest Forms Save and Continue is an add-on built specifically for Everest Forms, so the main Everest Forms plugin must be on your site. The add-on then gives your Everest Forms forms the option to save progress and resume later.
How do visitors get back to a saved form?
When a visitor saves a partly completed form, the plugin generates a unique, personalized resume link for them. Opening that link brings them back to the form with their previous inputs in place so they can finish and submit it.
What kinds of forms is this most useful for?
It suits any form that takes time to complete, such as surveys, job applications, registration forms and multi-step forms. These are the cases where visitors may need to stop, gather details and return later.
Are saved submissions protected from spam?
Yes. Honeypot, reCAPTCHA and Akismet checks are enforced on save and continue submissions, so the save action goes through the same spam filtering you use on your forms.
Is Everest Forms Save and Continue free?
