If your website collects inquiries through forms and your team works leads in Zoho CRM, moving that information between the two usually means exporting entries or retyping them. This add-on removes that step. It works alongside the Everest Forms plugin, which it requires, and passes each submission to Zoho CRM as soon as the form is sent. Your CRM records stay current, and the details a visitor typed arrive in the right place without anyone touching them.
Setup runs through a wizard that links your forms to your Zoho CRM account. From there you map each form field to a matching field in a Zoho CRM module, such as leads, contacts or accounts. Conditional rules let you decide when data gets sent, based on what a visitor enters in the form. The connection uses secure API calls to pass data between your site and Zoho CRM.
