What it does
Taking bookings by phone or email gets messy once you have more than a handful of clients. This plugin moves that process onto your WooCommerce site, so customers pick an open date and slot themselves and pay through the normal checkout. It works for physical and virtual events, venues, classes and services, from yoga sessions and city tours to workshops and online consultations. Because it requires WooCommerce, it fits best on sites that already sell through it or plan to.
Setup centers on a drag and drop slot builder and a Booking Wizard that generates bookable dates from a chosen range, weekdays and stock. You can run single slots, several slots on one date or one slot spanning multiple dates. For online sessions, Zoom meeting links can be created automatically. Bookings are managed from the WordPress dashboard, and the FooEvents Check-ins app handles ticket scanning and attendee check-ins on the day. You can also rename slot, date and attendee labels to match how your business talks.
