What it does
Selling at a venue door or a shop counter while also running an online store often means keeping two sets of records. This plugin removes that double handling by working directly from your WooCommerce data. Products, stock levels, customers and orders are shared between your website and the point of sale, so a sale made in person updates the same inventory your online customers see. It requires WooCommerce, since that is where all the product and order information lives.
The interface runs in a web browser, so staff can operate it from any device with a browser instead of dedicated software. At checkout you can scan barcodes on tickets and products, take cash, card or other onsite payments, and print tickets or receipts on the spot. If the internet connection drops, you can keep processing sales. For teams with several staff members, users can switch accounts with a PIN, and repeated failed PIN attempts disable switching until an administrator restores it.
Best for
- Event organizers selling tickets at the door
- Retail shops running WooCommerce alongside a physical counter
- Businesses selling bookings and products in person
Features
Products, stock levels, customers and orders are kept in sync between your online store and the point of sale, so you manage everything from one place.
Sell event tickets, bookings and physical products from the same checkout, which suits events that also sell merchandise or retail shops that host events.
Scan barcodes on tickets and products at checkout to add items quickly and reduce manual entry mistakes.
Print tickets or receipts for customers right at the counter, giving them something to hold onto when they buy in person.
Keep processing sales when your internet connection is lost, which helps at venues or markets where the connection is unreliable.
Accept cash, card and other onsite payment methods so customers can pay the way that suits them.
Run the point of sale from any device with a web browser, without installing separate software on each machine.
Staff can switch users with a PIN, and three failed attempts disable switching for that user until an administrator grants it again.
