This extension lets you attach a short help message to any field, so the explanation sits right next to the place where data is entered. People get context at the moment they need it, which can cut down on mistakes and repeat questions.
The plugin works inside the Meta Box framework, so you need Meta Box on your site. For each field you choose an icon, either from the built-in Dashicons set or from your own image URL, and decide whether the tooltip attaches to the field label or to the input.
