What’s new in Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon 1.2.7
Version 1.2.7
Latest
- ImprovedImproved logging for wrong mapped fields
What it does
Many sites already run Gravity Forms for contact pages, quote requests or signups, but those entries often sit apart from the mailing list. This addon closes that gap. You map the fields in a Gravity Forms form to subscriber fields in Newsletter, and the people who submit the form become subscribers. That lets you place signup forms anywhere on your site using a form builder you know, while Newsletter handles lists, welcome emails and campaigns behind the scenes.
Once subscribers are coming in, the Newsletter side gives you a drag and drop composer with more than 25 content blocks, including images, GIFs, videos, WooCommerce products and custom HTML. You can schedule daily, weekly or monthly newsletters, set up autoresponder series, and track opens and clicks. It suits bloggers, store owners and businesses who want subscriber collection and email sending to live inside WordPress instead of a separate service.
Best for
- Sites already using Gravity Forms for signups
- Bloggers sending regular newsletters from WordPress
- WooCommerce stores emailing product updates to customers

Questions about Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon
What does this addon actually add to my site?
It connects Gravity Forms to the Newsletter plugin. When someone submits a Gravity Forms form, their details can be saved as a subscriber in Newsletter, based on the fields you map. You then manage those subscribers and send campaigns from the Newsletter dashboard.
Can I put WooCommerce products in my newsletters?
Yes. The drag and drop composer includes WooCommerce product blocks alongside images, GIFs, videos and custom HTML. That makes it practical to send product roundups or new arrival emails to subscribers you collected through your forms.
Will emails send from my own hosting server?
They can, but you can also connect an external SMTP provider such as Amazon SES, Mailgun or SendGrid. Using one of these services helps you get past sending limits that many hosting servers impose, and bounced emails can be managed from within Newsletter.
Does it work with other form builders or plugins too?
The Newsletter plugin also supports Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, Elementor and WP Forms, and it integrates with MemberPress and WooCommerce. This addon focuses on Gravity Forms, so it is the piece to use when Gravity Forms is your main form tool.
Is Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon free?
The code of Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon is this?
Version 1.2.7, released Sep 17, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Newsletter - Gravity Forms Addon automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
