What it does
Plenty of forms need a signature before they mean anything: service agreements, consent forms, approvals and simple contracts. Printing, signing and scanning paper slows everyone down. This add-on puts a signature field inside your existing NEX-Forms forms, so a client can draw their signature with a mouse, finger or stylus and submit it along with the rest of their answers. You keep building forms in the same editor and simply add the signature field where it belongs.
Once a form is submitted, the signature travels with it. It appears in the notification email so recipients can see it right away, and it is saved with the entry in the WordPress backend for later reference. If you also use the NEX-Forms PDF Creator add-on, signatures can be placed into PDF email attachments and exports, which gives you printable signed documents. It suits businesses, legal services and anyone who collects approvals through web forms.
