What it does
Online courses can feel isolated when students only see lessons and quizzes. This plugin adds a social layer on top of LearnDash by connecting it to PeepSo, a community plugin with activity streams, groups, profiles and chat. Course milestones and completions can be published to a learner's activity stream, so classmates see progress as it happens and can comment or offer encouragement.
It fits sites such as online academies, corporate training centers and membership sites that want students to talk to each other around the material. Learners can build profiles with custom fields, avatars and cover images, get group suggestions based on the courses they are enrolled in, and share files, photos and videos. PeepSo's mobile app for iOS and Android gives them community access away from a desktop, and WooCommerce and Dokan can be used to sell courses and products.
