What it does
Running a membership site alongside a CRM often means copying member details by hand: new signups, level changes, cancellations and payments all have to be entered twice. This add-on removes that step. When someone joins, changes level or pays through Paid Memberships Pro, the information is passed to Keap and their contact profile is updated. That keeps your CRM in step with your site and cuts down on duplicate entry and the mistakes that come with it.
Setup happens on a settings page in WordPress, where you authorize the connection to Keap through OAuth (an administrator handles this step) and choose how data should map. Custom field mapping lets you decide which membership details land in which Keap fields. Once data is flowing, you can segment contacts in Keap by membership tier, trigger automated communication when memberships change and use the synced records for reporting. It suits online courses, subscription sites and private communities that already run their marketing in Keap.
