What it does
Some members would rather pay by check, or they don't have an easy way to pay online. Without an offline option, those people may never complete checkout. PMPro - Pay by Check adds check payment as a choice inside your existing Paid Memberships Pro setup, so members can sign up on your site and then mail their payment using the instructions you write.
On the admin side, check payments show up as orders you can review. When a check arrives, you approve the payment and the member's status updates automatically. You can also reject payments and keep track of which orders are pending and which are complete. The add on also handles recurring check orders for subscriptions, which suits organizations that bill members on a regular schedule.
