What it does
Running a membership site usually means someone has to answer member questions, fix account details and change subscriptions. Giving that person a full administrator account opens up far more of the site than the job needs. The Membership Manager Role Add On solves this by adding a dedicated role with access scoped to membership management, so staff can do the work while the rest of your site settings stay out of reach.
The role works inside your existing Paid Memberships Pro setup. Managers can view and update member profiles and handle upgrades, cancellations and renewals. Safeguards protect higher-level accounts: a Membership Manager cannot edit, change the role of, delete or switch to users with restricted roles, which are administrators and editors by default. It suits sites where a small team shares day-to-day member care.
