What it does
Sites with several kinds of users often end up building a separate profile form for each group. That gets messy to maintain, and users can still see fields that have nothing to do with them. This add-on lets you keep one Edit Profile form that adapts to the role of whoever is logged in, so each person sees only the fields meant for them and admins have a single form to manage.
It works with the Extra Field Types you create in Profile Builder Basic or Pro, which means the Profile Builder plugin needs to be on your site. For each field you set visibility rules: show it to certain roles, keep it for administrators only, or let users view it while only admins can change it. You can also choose where each field appears, such as the Registration Form, the default WordPress back end profile, or the front end Edit Profile form. Rules are set from the plugin interface, with no coding needed.
