What it does
Default registration emails tend to look plain and generic, and they rarely match the rest of your site. This add-on gives you control over how welcome messages, password resets and other user notifications look and read. You can start with a blank template or pick one from the pre-built library, then adjust fonts, colors, backgrounds, borders, spacing and alignment until the email fits your brand. No coding is needed for these changes, though custom CSS is available if you want finer styling.
The add-on works with WPEverest's User Registration plugin, so it fits sites that already use that plugin for signup forms. A live customizer shows each design change in real time, which saves you from sending test emails over and over. You can also override the default registration email content on individual forms. That means a form for one group of users can send a different message than a form for another group, keeping each email relevant to the person who signed up.
Best for
- Sites using the User Registration plugin for signups
- Site owners wanting branded welcome and password reset emails
- Freelancers building registration forms for client websites

Questions about User Registration Email Templates
Do I need the User Registration plugin to use this?
Yes. This is an add-on for WPEverest's User Registration plugin. It works with the registration forms you build in that plugin and controls the design and content of the emails those forms send to users.
Can I design emails without knowing how to code?
Yes. The live customizer lets you change fonts, colors, backgrounds, borders, padding, margins and alignment through visual controls with a real-time preview. Custom CSS is optional and only needed if you want styling beyond the built-in settings.
Can different registration forms send different emails?
Yes. You can override the default registration email content on individual forms. This lets you write a separate message for each form, which helps when different groups of users sign up through different forms.
Which emails can I customize?
The add-on covers user registration emails, including welcome emails, password resets and other user notifications. You can start from a pre-built template or create one from scratch for each.
Is User Registration Email Templates free?

Which version of User Registration Email Templates is this?
Version 1.2.13, released Aug 12, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update User Registration Email Templates?
