What it does
Registration forms collect a lot of useful information, but that data usually sits inside WordPress where it is hard to print, file or pass along. This add-on turns each registration entry into a PDF document, so you have a tidy record for every person who signs up. It suits sites that keep registration records, such as educational portals, event registration sites and membership platforms, where admins need copies and users like having proof of what they submitted.
The add-on works with forms built in the User Registration plugin. You set the paper size, font, background and orientation, then pick one of three header layouts: Left Header, Center Header or Right Header. Forms with multi-column sections can produce two-column PDFs, and empty fields can be left out. From there you decide whether PDFs go out with admin or user notification emails, place a Download PDF button for logged-in users with a shortcode and export individual PDFs from the All Users menu. Korean and Japanese fonts are supported too.
