What it does
Many sites with registered users need a way to share account details, reminders or status updates with one person or a group, without moving the conversation to email threads or a separate tool. This add-on gives administrators a private channel inside each user's account profile. You can write a note for a single user, a group, all users or everyone with a given role, and the note appears in that user's profile for them to read.
Communication runs both ways. Users can answer notes, ask questions and leave feedback right from their profile, and both sides can attach files such as documents or images. Email notifications go out whenever a new note or reply is added, so neither the admin nor the user has to keep checking. Since it extends the User Registration plugin, it fits sites that already use that plugin for sign-ups and account pages.
