What it does
Many sites collect users over time through different routes. Some people signed up with the default WordPress registration, others came in through a third-party registration plugin. When you later switch to custom forms built with User Registration, those older accounts don't carry the new form data. This add-on solves that gap by linking existing user profiles to your User Registration forms, which saves you from manual data entry or editing the database by hand.
Once a form is in place, admins can connect users one at a time or select many and connect them in bulk, which helps on sites with large user bases. After the connection, users can update their registration form data from their account dashboard, and admins can edit the same information from the backend. It fits membership sites, online communities and any WordPress site that already runs User Registration and wants all of its users managed under one set of forms.
Best for
- Membership sites moving older accounts to custom forms
- Online communities with users from several registration sources
- Site admins already running the User Registration plugin

Questions about User Registration Profile Connect
Do my existing users have to sign up again?
No. The add-on connects users who already have accounts, whether they registered through default WordPress or another registration plugin, to your User Registration forms. Their accounts stay in place and are linked to the new form.
Can I connect a lot of users at once?
Yes. Admins can connect user profiles one by one or in bulk. Bulk connection is useful on sites with large user bases, while individual connection works well for single accounts or for checking your setup.
Does this work without the User Registration plugin?
It is an add-on for User Registration by WPEverest, and its job is to connect users to forms created with that plugin. You need User Registration on your site for it to be useful.
Who can edit the profile information after users are connected?
Both sides can. Users can update their registration form data from their account dashboard, and admins can edit and manage the same user information from the WordPress backend.
Is User Registration Profile Connect free?
The code of User Registration Profile Connect is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of User Registration Profile Connect is this?
Version 1.1.3, released Jan 12, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update User Registration Profile Connect?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of User Registration Profile Connect automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
