What it does
Long registration forms and yet another password are a common reason people leave a site before signing up. This add-on gives your UsersWP login and registration screens a set of social sign-in options. A visitor picks a network, confirms with that provider and gets an account on your site. It suits community sites and any WordPress site where people create profiles and come back to log in again later.
The plugin works alongside the core UsersWP plugin, which it requires, and authenticates through the providers' OAuth sign-in. Supported networks include Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Yahoo, WordPress and VKontakte. Email addresses from a provider are only matched to an existing account when the provider confirms the user owns that address, and unconfirmed addresses go through registration or account linking instead. The plugin is fully translatable, so the login options can match your site's language.
