If you collect leads or sign-ups with WS Form and run your email marketing in ActiveCampaign, copying contacts between the two by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This add-on removes that step. Form submissions sync to ActiveCampaign as they come in, so new contacts land in your lists right away and your marketing data stays current. You decide which form fields feed which ActiveCampaign fields, so the information arrives organized and usable for segmenting.
Setup happens inside WS Form through a step-by-step configuration. You map your form fields to ActiveCampaign custom fields, pick one or more lists, and add tags or automation triggers such as follow-ups and drip emails. Conditional rules let you control what gets sent based on how a visitor answered, and contacts can also be assigned to an account. Submission and integration logs let you check what was sent, which helps when you are reviewing how a form-driven campaign is performing.
