This add-on takes care of that step by sending each WS Form PRO submission straight to Dropbox as it comes in. Customer inquiries, event registrations and feedback all end up in folders you can open from anywhere, and you keep a backup copy outside your WordPress database.
Setup happens through a settings interface with no coding needed. You link your Dropbox account, pick where files should go and choose the format: PDF, CSV or JSON.
