What it does
Many sites collect feedback, registrations, order details or survey answers through forms, then someone has to move that data into a spreadsheet for tracking and sharing. Copying entries by hand takes time and invites mistakes. This add-on handles the transfer for you. When a visitor submits a form built with WS Form PRO, the submission is written to a Google Sheets spreadsheet as a new row, right as it comes in, so the sheet reflects your latest entries.
Setup happens inside the WS Form PRO interface and does not require code. You connect your Google account through OAuth 2.0, pick a spreadsheet and worksheet, and map each form field to a column. You can point different forms at different files, and you can set conditions so only certain submissions are sent. Once the data sits in Google Sheets, you can use its formulas, charts and sharing options, and combine it with other WS Form PRO integrations.
